Operational Agreement

Terms of Service.

Effective Date: December 26, 2025

1. Service Agreement

By engaging with Jyutrix's operational ecosystem, you agree to these terms. Our services, including data annotation and AI automation, are provided "as is" unless covered by a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).

2. Intellectual Property

All proprietary protocols, neural architectures, and automation scripts developed by Jyutrix remain our intellectual property until full transfer of ownership is executed via contract. Client data remains the sole property of the client.

3. Liability & Performance

While we strive for 99.9% precision, Jyutrix is not liable for downstream effects of AI model deployment in safety-critical systems unless explicitly indemnified in a written contract.

4. Termination of Protocols

We reserve the right to terminate access to our API layers or consulting services for any violation of these terms, including attempted reverse engineering of our automation engines.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
